	Mr. Robert E. Tang		Mr. Robert E. Tang is a private investment banker. He is the Founder, President and CEO of National Development and Research, L.P. From 1979 to present, Mr. Tang provides investment banking services for a select group of leading overseas Chinese industries, including acquiring U.S. companies and expanding in transnational markets. In the 1970's he was a genuine traditional merchant banker at J. Henry Schroder Wagg & Co., Ltd. in London, England ("Schroders"), where he was performing mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, project financing, corporate financing and corporate restructuring throughout Europe and the United States. Mr. Tang graduated from Columbia University and from Oxford University in England.
